Rolling Thunder Raceway will come
alive to the sound of more than 30
Sprintcars tomorrow night (Tuesday
January 3) as some of Australia’s best
Sprintcar pilots battle five American
stars for a no-holds barred battle for
$10,000.
Names like Little, Barlee, Lewis,
Reidy and Craft will fight to retain
the honour of the Southern Cross
against the might of the stars and
stripes in the guise of Rilat,
Pittman, Brown, Johnson and Sills.
Last time out Rilat set a stunning
average lap time in excess of 170
km/h, so you can be assured that the
winning driver will be well deserving
of that hefty winners paycheque!
With clear skies and daytime
temperatures in the mid-20’s,
spectators can expect ideal viewing
conditions, whilst the on-track action
from the Sprintcars and stunning Late
Model Sedans around the wide, open 600
metre layout, will provide the kinds
of memories that will become legend.
You can’t afford to miss this one.
Gates open at 4:00pm with racing
underway at 5:30pm.
